Vegan Chef to Table
Sunday 3/24 was one of the first warm spring days in MA, a great day for a Mobile Cooks Pop-Up at Counter Culture in Somerville. Chelsea Kantor, Scott Rawdon, and Caroyln Brunis Luc collaborated on a delicious brunch menu of:
Cheesy grits, veggie sausage tamari gravy, and crispy kale
Buffalo brussel sprout hash
Avocado Toast with cherry tomatoes and smoked sea salt
Three flavors of Rugelach: apricot, Mexican chocolate, and Koko
