Our @tastingcounter takeover this past Tuesday was a huge success! Big thanks to all of our diners, as well as the talented chefs we partner with — @chelseaschomps, @la_chef_la_pheegan, and @discovervegans! Tuesday 11/19 4pm - 12am @tastingcounter! We have a couple options for you. You can order a la carte any of the menu items, or you can head on over to the Tasting Counter's website to reserve a $65 seat for a 3 course prix-fixe meal with wine pairings. Whatever you choose, we're so excited to serve you these unique vegan dishes from talented chefs. Happy World Vegan Day! 🌱❤️ On Tuesday, November 19th we will be taking over @tastingcounter in Somerville. We will be serving unique & delicious vegan dishes from Chelsea, Charlie, and Sabrina (swipe left to see our full menu 😋) No tickets needed in advance, we will be serving food from 5 pm until we sell out! Tasting Counter is open until 1am and will be serving all natural wines from around the world. We can’t wait to see you there and show you some of the latest & greatest creations by some of your favorite local vegan chefs. Check out their bios below: . @DiscoverVegans (Sabrina Vixama) is a self taught recipe developer. She enjoys veganizing classic recipes and cooking ethnic dishes. Her signature vegan Haitian Patties are sold at Ripple Cafe in Dorchester. Sabrina’s ultimate goal is to educate others on the plant-based/vegan lifestyle. She wants people to know that you don’t have to give up the foods you love. For updates from Sabrina follow her on Instagram! . @La_chef_la_pheegan (Charlie Lumpkins) is a local vegan food enthusiast, recipe developer + creator of her infamous La Pheegan Jackfruit Fried Chick’n, promotes her message of love through the soulful food she creates. Springing from her roots in Event Operations, now she whips up exciting vegan creations throughout the city. You can always find Charlie’s Jackfruit Fried Chick’n @rhythmnwraps in Allston. Follow Charlie on Instagram for announcements as to where she’ll pop-up next! . @chelseaschomps (Chelsea Kantor) is one of the founders of Potchke, a woman-led bakery specializing in plant-based pastries rooted in tradition and laced with cultural flavors.

We are so proud to share that in less than three months at @timeoutmarketboston, we successfully served 20K vegan meals. We want to thank all of you for the support you have given us in such a short period of time! It's quite amazing to think of the giant impact serving vegan food makes — for the animals, the environment, and climate change. Numerous studies have concluded that the production of animal-based foods causes much greater greenhouse-gas emissions than the production of vegan food. We are beyond grateful to be a part of this change & movement within this community, and thank you to everyone who has eaten with us — you are contributing to making the world a better place! As a reminder, our last day at @timeoutmarketboston will be on September 27th! We hope to see you all a few more times before our next big leap.
